Thomas J. Sherwood, CPA is a partner of Lilling & Company LLP. Tom joined Lilling for over 30 years, and leads the firm’s tax compliance division. Tom’s industry experience includes broker-dealers, investment entities, not-for-profits, and employee benefit plans. Tom also performs peer reviews. Tom joined Lilling in 1993.

Prior to joining Lilling, Tom worked in private accounting at a Fortune 500 company and worked in public accounting at other firms on Long Island.

Tom received his accounting degree from Plattsburgh State University College in 1984. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey , and is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA, and PICPA.
