John Martin is a senior manager who specializes in the audits of non-registered investment companies, employee benefit plans, and broker-dealers. John joined Lilling in 2022.

Prior to joining Lilling, John worked as a senior manager for Ernst & Young LLP in the wealth and asset management sector for approximately 12 years, specialized in the audits of investment companies (registered and unregistered), management companies, employee benefit plans, and other commercial entities.

John earned his Master of Science in Professional Accounting from Syracuse University and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University.

John is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
